☀️ A Great Day Together at Hayward Tyler ☀️ Last week, colleagues from Hayward Tyler Luton came together for our Summer Employee Celebration and All-Employee Communication event. The morning gave everyone the opportunity to hear updates from across the business, ask questions, share ideas, and engage directly with members of the Leadership Team in a relaxed and informal environment. By rotating through employee groups, conversations were open, engaging, and gave everyone the chance to be part of the discussion. Following the business update, the focus shifted to food, fun, and spending time together. Colleagues enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, ice cream treats, bingo, inflatable games, and plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends and teammates from across the business. Most importantly, the day was about recognising the hard work, dedication, and contribution of our people. It was great to see employees from different teams and shifts come together, share experiences, and enjoy some well-deserved time away from their day-to-day routines. A big thank you to everyone who attended and to all those who helped organise and support the event. 🌟 Inspiring the Next Generation at Stopsley High School Careers Week 🌟 This week, the Hayward Tyler team in Luton was delighted to attend the Year 9 & Year 10 Post-16 Careers Fair at Stopsley High School as part of their Careers Week programme. It was fantastic to engage with so many enthusiastic students, discussing the wide range of career paths available within engineering and manufacturing, and sharing insights into the exciting opportunities that apprenticeships can provide. As a long-established local employer in Luton, we understand the importance of investing in future talent and helping young people explore the options available to them as they begin thinking about their careers. The curiosity, ambition, and thoughtful questions from the students were truly encouraging and demonstrated the wealth of potential within our local community. Apprenticeships continue to play a vital role in developing the skilled workforce of tomorrow, providing hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and meaningful career opportunities. We were proud to showcase how Hayward Tyler supports individuals in building successful careers while contributing to a world-class engineering business.
