    The Task Force sets the strategy for promoting employee engagement as a better way to work, and the growth and development of the Engage for Success Movement as a vehicle to achieve this. The Task Force was launched by the Prime Minister on 31 March 2011, but is employer-led and independent of Government. Its mandate is to engender a national conversation and a call to action across the UK economy (private, public and not-for-profit sectors) about the role employee engagement can play in building productivity. David MacLeod and Nita Clarke are the co-Chairs of the Task Force. It meets four times a year.
