#TeamStellantisUK wins Gold at the European Workplace Health & Safety Awards. We were proud to be represented at this year’s European Workplace Health & Safety Awards in Poissy, France, bringing together colleagues from across the region to explore the powerful connection between safety, wellbeing, and how we work together. The event featured inspiring insights from senior leaders including Emanuele Cappellano (COO for Enlarged Europe & European Brands and Head of Stellantis Pro One), christophe montavon (Head of Manufacturing Europe), Domenico Lusitano (Enlarged Europe Head of Human Resources), and MARTIN OVIEDO (Head of Wellbeing, Health & Safety Europe). A special moment for the UK team saw Lisa Masters, Human Resources Director UK and Louise Gardner, Head of Talent, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing, proudly accept the Gold Award for Culture on behalf of the UK. This recognition celebrates the impact of the UK Cultural Transformation programme – A Better Me / A Better Us. With a strong focus on health and wellbeing, and the collective actions delivered over the past 12 months, the UK initiative was selected as the top project from over 150 entries; a remarkable achievement that showcases the strength and commitment of our teams. Congratulations to all the winners and everyone involved in driving forward a safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplace. Eurig Druce Sophie Earland Phillip Price Stellantis Performance Academy

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Andy Robson, Director – Parts Operations. Andy dedicated 40 years of his career to the Vauxhall and Stellantis family, making a lasting and meaningful contribution to our organisation. He was an exceptional leader and a highly respected colleague, but above all, Andy was known for his kindness, integrity, hard working nature and the genuine care he showed for those around him. Andy had a huge impact on his teams and on the wider business, and his loss will be felt deeply by all who had the privilege of working with him. At this very difficult time, our thoughts are with Andy’s family, friends, and colleagues. He will be remembered with great respect and fondness.

We have partnered today with Convo UK to provide British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters via a QR code at nearly 850 of our retailers across the UK. Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Leapmotor, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles retailers will have a QR code available in the showroom, allowing almost instant access to a BSL interpreter for BSL users. Convo high‑speed video platform connects deaf customers to qualified BSL interpreters . Once the customer scans the QR code available at the retailer, an interpreter appears within moments on their phone. The customer signs to the interpreter, who relays the conversation verbally to the salesperson, enabling natural, real‑time communication without the need for advance booking of interpreters. Available at nearly 850 sites, the partnership is one of the largest accessibility initiatives in the UK automotive sector. By embedding instant BSL access directly into the retailer environment, Stellantis brands are setting a new benchmark for inclusivity and customer service within the industry.

Stellantis celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2026 👏 👏 Our National Sales Organisation, retailer group Stellantis &You UK and our Manufacturing Plant in Ellesmere Port, attended the Stellantis annual Apprentice Awards event to celebrate #ApprenticeWednesday. All expertly produced by our Stellantis Performance Academy. The focus was on this year’s theme, #skillsforlife, and we took the opportunity to celebrate all the amazing achievements and industry skills that our talented apprentices have gained across the business. The apprentices were nominated by their peers and team members across the organisation for awards in categories such as outstanding academic achievement, teamwork, creative idea generation, going the extra mile and employee choice which recognised extra-curricular activity, volunteering or local community involvement. We listened to an inspiring talk from last years award winner Emily Osborne, Supply Chain Leadership Degree Apprentice from Ellesmere Port Manufacturing Plant, experienced a fabulous networking event involving a game of bingo, the obligatory ‘merch’ and a celebration lunch. We are incredibly proud of all our apprentices and look forward to seeing their continued development and success. Yesterday, as a part of the Stellantis Motor Citizens initiative, our PR & Events team used their day to volunteer with Coventry Foodbank, part of the Feed The Hungry UK network. Many thanks to Gavin Kibble MBE and Ian Siddall for organising the enlightening day. The foodbank feeds over 21,000 vulnerable people per year in the area including 7,500 children and our team were delighted to help out with sorting food donations. Last week, we brought our Stellantis UK National Business Meetings to a close in Manchester with our annual Employee Meeting. It’s a chance to celebrate our products, people, our culture, and the progress we’re making together hosted by our CEO, Eurig Druce and HR Director, Lisa Masters. A highlight every year is the Mark Pickles Award, created in memory of our colleague and friend who left an extraordinary legacy across our organisation. The award shines a light on the values Mark embodied every single day through Mentorship, Inclusivity, Support and Inspiration and recognises those who carry that spirit forward today. This year we were overwhelmed by the number of nominations, each one telling a story of someone who has made a meaningful impact. Whether through being a role model, a source of inspiration to others, organising charitable initiatives, or showing remarkable strength through challenge, every nomination reflected the very heart of this award. Our 2026 finalists were the Better Me / Better Us Team, Chloe Hewitt, Iain Bolton, Sam Brandon, Samantha Murphy, Russell Baker and Steve Edwards. Each has contributed something special to our culture. And we are delighted to celebrate our 2026 winners; 🏆 The Better Me / Better Us Team — a diverse group of colleagues whose passion and commitment have been pivotal in driving forward our cultural transformation. 🏆 Steve Edwards (Stellantis &You UK) — recognised for his inspirational leadership and the positive impact he continues to have on all those around him. Massive well done everyone! #TeamStellantisUK Eurig Druce Richard Garbutt Lisa Masters Sophie Earland Michael Auliar Nicola Dobson Greg Taylor Kristian Cholmondeley Jules Tilstone Damien Dally Tom Ray Steve Wass Stephanie Howson Charles Martin Jeremy Townsend Andy Kite Nick Richards Phillip Price
