The final revision of the Java-Linux HOWTO, Version 3.0 is being
edited and will appear at www.blackdown.org and mirror sites upon
completion. In the meantime, please use the Mini-HOWTO.
On Friday September 27th, 1996, Sun Microsystems provided the Java
community with the long awaited update of the binary license, subsequently making redistribution of the Linux JDK possible.
