YAEC - The Positron Compiler

So.. what is this ? My attemt at a new modern E compiler, written from
scratch and compiled with Wouters EC3.3a compiler. Some extensions to
the language itself evolved, giving birth to what I call Positron (e+).
Some highlights:

- Compiles ascii sources
- Powerful binary module-system
- Improved float support
- Uses external assembler
- Generates 020+ 881 code
