Responsibilities: |
Respond to our customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all Wotif Group customers and suppliers to encourage repeat bookings and positive word of mouth. |
Key duties of the role will include: |

Process bookings on behalf of guests using information provided during a telephone conversation or through email communication |
• |
Assist customers to make any required cancellations or amendments to existing bookings, or find alternative hotels if the requested hotel are not available |
• |
Accurately process bookings including charges, amendments, cancellations and refunds |
