Regis Philbin Creeps Out Kelly Ripa (Video)

By AOL TV Editors  Posted Jul 1st 2011 03:30AM
Regis Philbin and Kelly RipaRegis Philbin has been letting himself get a little creepy as he heads toward retirement, ogling photos of Rosie Huntington-Whitely and pausing a bit too long thinking about Jennifer Lawrence's nude make-up preparation for 'X-Men: First Class.'

You'd think his co-host, Kelly Ripa, would be used to it by now. But Thursday on 'Live With Regis and Kelly', Philbin made a comment that legitimately creeped Ripa out.

The conversation was about a three-hour standoff at a liquor store in Brooklyn Wednesday, in which an armed man took hostages before being surrounded by police and eventually surrendering. "If you're going to be held hostage," joked Ripa, "a liquor store isn't a bad option."

Absent-mindedly, while looking through the newspapers on the desk, Philbin said, "You'd be good to be held hostage. I'd like to hold you hostage for a while."

Kenny Chesney Named 'Fittest Man in Country Music'

By The Boot Editors  Posted Jul 1st 2011 02:30AM
Kenny ChesneyKenny Chesney has been named "Fittest Man in Country Music" by Men's Health magazine. The country music superstar dishes with the publication about his efforts to keep a routine workout schedule, despite the demands of life on the road.

"You'd be amazed at what you can do in a short amount of time to get a burn in, to feel healthier, to feel like you're not staying the same," says the touring troubadour, regarding his sometimes limited workout time.

Kenny's main reason for maintaining his toned physique has a lot to do with why he's a four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year.

"I have to train to do my show the way I want to do it," Kenny confesses. "I'm not one of these guys that just stands there behind the microphone. I work really hard to give the fans the best possible concert."

Muse Bassist Chris Wolstenholme Quit Booze After 'Puking Up Blood'

By Spinner Editors  Posted Jul 1st 2011 01:30AM
Chris WolstenholmeOh, the life of a rock star. Plenty of artists have suffered from the partying, the girls, the drugs and, of course, the drinking. Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme got so caught up in those ways that he nearly died from his dependency on alcohol.

In an interview with Q Magazine (via Music Room), Wolstenholme recalls the moment he hit rock bottom "I was actually losing my mind. I had to drink to get out of bed in the morning. It got to the point one Christmas morning where I was actually puking up blood."

Though the musician has been clean and sober since the release of Muse's smash album, 'The Resistance,' he also remembers how his judgment drove him to ridiculous conclusions.

"My rational thought at that time was, 'Oh I won't drink spirits today, I'll just drink beer.' You just don't think properly. You don't really consider that you're killing yourself ... Or even if you do, you get to the point where you don't care about anything anymore."

BeyonceAn alternate version of Beyonce's epic 'Run the World (Girls)' video has found its way online.

The newly surfaced version of the video features tons of shots and dance sequences from B not seen in the official video.

The alternate version also stars the insanely talented French dance duo Les Twins -- Laurent and Larry Bourgeois -- who danced alongside Beyonce in her Glastonbury headlining performance this past weekend.

Looks like B learned multiple moves and was fabulous through many takes for the video shoot. This is practically a whole new video!

Heidi Klum: You're Never Too Old for Topless Tanning

By Jo Piazza  Posted Jun 30th 2011 10:50PM

'Project Runway' creator and supermodel mogul Heidi Klum has no reason to be shy about her bangin' body at age 38 and she tells PopEater that she thinks women should feel proud to wear a bikini -- or even less -- at any age.

"I love tanning my body and I don't love tan lines necessarily. I don't think too much about what other people think or if they think this woman is too old to wear just a bikini or a bikini bottom. I come from Europe so I'm not American," Klum told us at Wednesday night's event for her cover of the biggest issue of Hamptons magazine ever at STK in NYC. "It is very different here than it is German or Italy. I grew up with men wearing Speedos on the beach and topless women on the beach at any age."

Glenn Beck Says Goodbye to Fox News (Video)

By AOL TV Editors  Posted Jun 30th 2011 09:45PM
Glenn Beck said goodbye to his audience and looked back on his tumultuous tenure at Fox News on Thursday, the last episode of the 'Glenn Beck Show.' Of course, there was the requisite career retrospective full of clips from his time on the network, starting with his first show January 19, 2009. Media Matters had released their own highlight reel of Beck's most outrageous statements earlier in the day, but Beck's focused on the good times.

"This is only the third time that I've actually done live TV, so buckle up 'cuz it could get very, very bumpy," he said on that first broadcast. The mostly goofy clips that followed confirmed that, as Beck struggled to find the correct camera to address and pieces of his backdrop fell behind him, interrupting a rant about out of control government.

'Transformers' Star Tyrese Misses Megan Fox, Admits to Cussing Out Michael Bay

By Rob Shuter  Posted Jun 30th 2011 09:32PM

As 'Transformers 3' gets ready to destroy the box office, you can't help but wonder what Megan Fox must be feeling. It was just revealed that Steven Spielberg fired the actress from the monster franchise after calling the director, Michael Bay, Hitler-like. One of the film's stars, Tyrese Gibson, tells me he missed having her on the set and that he feels bad that she's having a particularly bad week in the press.

"Of course I miss Megan," Tyrese told me this week in NYC. "Megan is a sweet girl. I've never had an issue with her. It's always been good. I know people are talking a lot of mess about her, but I just hope she has a strong stomach."
