Exceptional ease of installation

   Shell script builds driver, installs it, automatically mounts all NTFS and HFS+/HFSX volumes attached to the system and places them into ‘fstab’ to mount them automatically at Linux startup.
High performance   Transfer rate is the same as for native Linux file systems.
No file or volume size limitations   There are no limitations to maximum file and volume size (but within kernel and NTFS or HFS limitations).
All NTFS versions supported   The driver supports all NTFS versions - from Windows NT 4.0 up to Windows 7.

System Requirements

  • Processor: Intel Pentium 300 MHz and higher, or compatible
  • Both 32- and 64-bit CPUs are supported
  • RAM: 16MB
  • HDD: 10 MB

Due to unique technology our NTFS/HFS+ for Linux drivers have low system requirements. For example, it is enough for our driver to have 500KB of free RAM to work with NTFS partitions larger than 250 GB. Combined NTFS & HFS+ Kernel module itself occupies around 430 Kb of RAM.
