A few minutes from Strasbourg, along the Colmar wine route, the Museum "The Secrets of Chocolate" is a unique place in Alsace.
A unique and gourmet tour will take you from the origins of chocolate to the way it's made. Unravel the mysteries of cocoa and discover how to go from the bean to chocolate moldings while you learn how to taste the different chocolates.
