セキュリティ情報の置き換えが要求されました。と表示されAzureポータルにログインができなくなっております。
セキュリティ情報の置き換え処理が中途半場になっていることが考えられますが、現在のセキュリティ情報に登録されているアドレスがメール受信できない環境であるためコードの受信ができず、要求の取り消しができない状況となります。
回避策をご教授いただけますでしょうか

2023-03-15T23:34:57.4966667+00:00 Is it an account lockout error or a network issue? Is there an alternate email you can use for that account?
If you are truly locked out of your account, there are two options for getting back in:
- Have another global admin reset your settings to let you back in. If you don't have your phone number anymore and need to sign in with a different method, you can have the global IT admin of your organization tenant disable the MFA or set up a different method for you.
- Otherwise, if you are the only global admin on the account, you need to reach out to the Azure Data Protection team and they can let you back in. This is the number for the Azure Data Protection team: 866-807-5850
