Is Kate Middleton Ready for Baby No. 4?

Call it Meghan Mania, but Kate Middleton seems to have caught a bad case of baby fever.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, today. Kate greeted fans outside and spoke with a father in the crowd who was holding his 5-month-old baby, according to The Daily Mail. “He’s a very sweet little boy…He’s so diddy. Makes me very broody,”  Middleton said of the little boy.

According to English slang translation, “diddy” isn’t the name of a Bad Boy Entertainment exec, but anything small and cute. The Oxford English Dictionary uses it in a sentence: British informal—Little. Ex: A little diddy baby hedgehog.

But what about “broody”? Does this mean the duchess is languishing over the child? Turns out, in British slang, the phrase actually means “wishing to sit on or hatch eggs.” Whoa, sounds like baby fever to us.

The father then replied, “Baby number four?” Kate’s answer: “I think William might be slightly worried.” Truuuue. But, then he’d be overjoyed, right?

Sorry, George, Charlotte and Louis: Sounds like it might be a hot sec before you have another little sibling on the way.

Kate Middleton Braided a Young Girl’s Hair Today, and We Hope Princess Charlotte’s Not Mad

Kate Middleton showed off her superior mom skills today in Northern Ireland and proved she’s a pro hairstylist (which makes complete sense considering her signature bouncy blowouts).

The duchess was asked to braid a young girl’s hair while visiting Cinemagic, a charity that uses film, television and digital technologies to help improve young kids’ lives…and where was she when we were Princess Charlotte’s age?

She can even carry on a convo with kids while finishing this complicated plait. Beat that, ponytail-loving Prince Harry!

Kensington Palace revealed that Middleton was helping with part of a makeup demonstration and storyboard masterclass with children from Malvern Primary School. The royal couple arrived in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and greeted fans outside. The duchess stunned in a light-blue Mulberry coat over a royal blue custom Jenny Packham dress and Princess Diana’s heirloom sapphire earrings.

EXCLUSIVE: Chrissy Metz Gets Real About Next Week’s Episode of ‘This Is Us’

The promo for next week’s This Is Us left us nothing short of shook. Kevin (Justin Hartley) is drinking again, Kate (Chrissy Metz) is on her way to the ER, and we can’t deal not knowing what’s ahead for the Pearson clan.

So, when we had the chance to sit down with Chrissy Metz to discuss her new initiative with Turbo #RealMoneyTalk, we had to ask about Kate’s future. 

According to the 38-year-old star, we’re in for one heck of a roller coaster. “I felt excited, but also felt really challenged as an actress,” Metz exclusively reveals to PureWow about reading the script for the next two episodes.

As for Kate’s story line, she says, “It’s going to be a really cool, interesting journey. It’s going to be difficult.” Metz is optimistic, though, sharing, “I’m hoping we continue to see her grow and I’m hoping to see her be a mom.” Please be gentle, Dan Fogelman, our hearts are still fragile from losing Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and William (Ron Cephas Jones).

So, what’s going on with Kate being rolled into the emergency room? Are she and the baby OK? We’ll have to wait for This Is Us to return to NBC on March 5 at 9 p.m., but until then stock up on the tissue boxes, friends, because if we know one thing, it’s going to be an emotional night.

Taylor Swift Addresses New Album Rumors

For the past week, Taylor Swift has been dropping subtle hints on social media that are leading us to believe there’s a surprise album coming our way. And now, the 29-year-old singer addressed the rumors by sharing a totally unrelated photo of her cat, Olivia Benson.

Yesterday, Swift shared a pic on Instagram featuring her four-legged friend—who looks genuinely shocked—and wrote, “She just read all the theories.”

The post is in response to rumors about potential new music. It all started earlier this week when Swift shared a photo on Instagram featuring seven palm trees. When she posted a pic of herself sitting on the sixth step, followed a snap with five peek-a-boo holes, fans were quick to realize that it’s some sort of a countdown.

So, will Swift pull a Beyoncé and drop a surprise album? If the rumors are true, it will be her first album since she left Big Machine Records for Republic and Universal Music Group back in November. The singer’s previous album, Reputation, earned her an American Music Award for Favorite Album Pop/Rock and a Billboard Music Award for Top Selling Album.

Call it what you want, but it appears we have new breakup music in our near future. (Watch out, Ariana Grande.)

Disco Duchess: Kate Middleton Wore a Mint-Green Missoni Dress (and It’s Giving Us Serious Closet Envy)

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on a two-day royal tour of Northern Ireland on Wednesday, and started the day in (their fancy royal version of) sweats and sneakers for a day of soccer, canoeing and archery.

But just when we thought Kate’s striped sweater was the best part of the visit, the Cambridges did a quick outfit change for mom and dad’s date night out, and we can’t get over the duchess’s mint-green Missoni dress.

The royal parents hit up Empire Music Hall in Belfast, and chatted with young leaders in the community (after pouring pints of Harp’s Lager, as a future king and queen should do).

Middleton’s Missoni dress ($2,480) was the loveliest shade of sparkly light green (honoring their host country, of course) and featured a skirt with mini pleats, sheer bishop sleeves and a plunging V-neck (woahhh, where’d conservative Kate go?). She paired the dress with Gianvito Rossi nude-colored pumps, matching Kiki McDonough green amethyst and diamond earrings and necklace, and a Mulberry clutch.

Yep, Kate’s calling it (and we’re taking notes): Metallic pastels are going to be huge this Spring (but we’ll leave the “heels-in-a-pub” advice on the backburner for now…and probably forever.)

Mindy Kaling & Emma Thompson Are Joining Forces in New Movie ‘Late Night’

Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson are teaming up for the rom-com we never knew we needed.

The duo is set to star in a brand-new movie called Late Night. In addition to her leading role, Kaling also penned the script, so it’s bound to be a classic in our book.

Late Night, which is directed by Nisha Ganatra (Transparent), tells the story of a legendary TV host (Thompson) whose show is on the verge of cancellation. That all changes when she hires a female writer (Kaling) for the first time, and hilarity ensues.

While we were initially sold at Kaling and Thompson, the movie has an all-star supporting cast, including John Lithgow (The Crown), Hugh Dancy (The Path), Reid Scott (Veep), Paul Walter Hauser (I, Tonya), Denis O’Hare (Dallas Buyers Club), John Early (Search Party), Max Casella (Jackie), Megalyn Echikunwoke (Night School), Amy Ryan (The Office) and Ike Barinholtz (The Mindy Project). Yeah, we weren’t kidding.

Although it originally premiered at the Sundance Film Festival back in January, Late Night is scheduled to hit theaters on June 7, 2019.

‘Dirty John’ Is Officially Coming Back for Season 2. Here’s What We Know

More true crime coming in hot: Bravo’s Dirty John was just picked up for season two—by Netflix, no less.

You’ll recall that the first season was based on the Los Angeles Times podcast about real-life con man “Dirty” John Meehan (played by Eric Bana) and the spiral of lies, betrayal and murder surrounding his marriage to Debra Newel (Connie Britton).

But season two will be totally different.

Deadline reports, “Season two will be a different and self-contained story, with details to come at a later date.” Alexandra Cunningham, of Desperate Housewives fame, will return as executive producer.

Even better news for fans of the show: This is just part one of two, as Bravo gave the show a two-season, straight-to-series deal with the streaming service. Plus, Oxygen Media is making a companion docuseries that will go deeper into the real-life story, told through the people duped by Dirty John themselves.

Netflix: giving the people want they want (and sometimes taking it away).

Looks Like Beyoncé and Kevin Jonas Have the Same Taste in Shirts

Earlier today the Jonas Brothers announced their return to the recording studio and the release of their first song in six years, “Sucker.” And while most of us were distracted by all the excitement and busied ourselves with watching the promo for the band’s Carpool Karaoke session on The Late Late Night Show with James Cordon, one enterprising soul kept their head on straight and remembered the most important question of all: How does this announcement relate to our queen and savior, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter?

As it turns out, we don’t even need to bother with six degrees of separation because, as the good people at E! News noticed, the shirt Kevin Jonas is wearing on the cover for his new single was also worn by Beyoncé back in January. We repeat, Queen Bey and Kevin Jonas own the exact same shirt.

Beyoncé posted a series of images of her wearing the Dries Von Noten short-sleeve button-downshirt in question (technically a men’s shirt, but you do you, Bey) and the matching pants on January 31. And although the shirt is swiftly selling out (despite a $545 price tag), it looks like Jonas may have had enough time to spot Queen B’s post, recognize how incredible she looked in the swirling rainbow pattern and purchase one for himself just in time to shoot the album cover for his new single.

Or maybe he stumbled upon the shirt of his own volition and chose to buy it without any influence from Mrs. Carter. Who’s to say?

Although Bey wore it first, the jury is still out on who wore it best (we kind of like how Jonas swapped the matching pants for an orange and pink Hawaiian-print pair, but then again, Beyoncé is Beyoncé).

A Princess Pour: Kate Middleton Jumps Behind the Bar to Serve Beer in Belfast

Is it Friday yet? It sure seems that way for Kate Middleton and Prince William, who were serving up beers last night in Belfast.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on a two-day royal tour of Northern Ireland on Wednesday. After an athletic day of soccer, canoeing and archery, Kate and Will did a quick outfit change, then made their way to the Empire Music Hall in Belfast in their finest barback attire.

And, surprise surprise: This is way fancier than we’ve ever dressed for a bar. 

Middleton wore a mint-green sheer-sleeved Missoni dress with mini pleats and nude heels, while Prince William donned a navy suit and white button-down. The royal mom of three jumped behind the bar and poured a pint of Harp Lager.

The Cambridges were at Empire Music Hall to celebrate young people making a difference in Northern Ireland in the business, arts and sport sectors, and their evening was capped off with a performance by the band LARKS.

By the looks of it, William is impressed that he out-poured his wife (judging by the foam “head” of her beer versus his). But Kate’s pour had a little more gusto, so it’s hard to say who won this challenge.
