- Use the List View to select the field you want to add another before or after.
- In the toolbar that appears, click the Options icon (⋮) and then select “Add before” or “Add after” to create a space for a new field:

- Click the + block inserter and search for any of the following form fields you can add:
- Name
- Website
- Text input
- Number input
- Multi-line text
- Date picker
- Phone number
- Terms consent
- Checkbox (single choice)
- Multiple Choice (checkbox)
- Single Choice (radio button)
- Dropdown field

- You can also add any other block not specific to forms, such as an Image block or a Paragraph block (for text).

To erase a field from your form, take the following steps:
- Use the List View to select the field you want to remove.
- In the toolbar that appears, click the Options icon (⋮) and then select the “Delete” option:

To make any field in your form required or optional for your visitor to submit, take the following steps:
- Click on the form field you wish to make required or optional.
- In the toolbar that appears, select the * button in the toolbar to make a field required, or un-select it to make a field optional.
- Click the Save or Publish button to save your changes.
