Many URLs skipped with 2.2.9

When I use version 2.2.7 my site generates 3986 files. With version 2.2.9 only 2798 files were generated. There doesn’t seem to be a common theme to the missing files, though it does seem to be consistent (i.e., if I do a second generation of the static files it’s the same set of files that don’t appear in the zip).

On the left is the archive of my website made with 2.2.7 and on the right with 2.2.9
In the blogs folder i had 51 posts and now only 15 posts.
Weird!
