    My Jetpack stats are not connected to my website after migration. I’ve used Jetpack for years, and I would like my old stats connected to my new stats.

    From our records, it looks like you may have recently migrated your site from a self-hosted setup to WordPress.com. If that’s correct and you’d like to transfer your old Jetpack stats to your new WordPress.com site, we can absolutely help with that. Just confirm that with us, and we’ll take care of right away.

    Also, for a smoother and faster support experience, we recommend continuing the conversation via email like you did during the migration process. That way we can track everything in one place and avoid repeated back-and-forths.

    We transferred the stats from your previous site ID, and you should be able to see that reflected at your end shortly.
