HI when I go to admin > Pages, I see the following columns:

Title tag, Meta Desc., noindex? Sort ascending., nofollow? Sort ascending., Score

And for each page these items are blank.

Except for one page, where I see a circle under Score.

I am running WP under localwp.

    Any help is appreciated. Merci.

    Hi,

currently, we only display individual metadata in these columns to quickly identify which posts has been worked on for SEO or not.

The Score column is displayed after you have edited/published your post content so the content analysis has been made.

With PRO, this is something you can run in batch with our Site Audit feature.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

TBH I dont think this is a good feature.

When the plugin HAS set eg <meta name=”description” content=”page content”> the Meta Desc. col is still empty – IMO this is misleading.

You say “posts has been worked on for SEO” but I do not know what this means. Eg I edited a page, opened the SEO section, saved it, and the Meta Desc. col is still empty. So saving the SEO on the page does not seem to qualify as having “worked on” the SEO. But I dont see any explanation as to what “has been worked on for SEO” is defined as.

Also I do see that one circle for one page but this circle is small is mostly orange colored with some blue also I think and there is no other info at all re score – are you saying this small thin cirlce without any other info whatsoever is supposed to indicate the score of the page?

    Thank you for your feedback.

From the Title / Meta desc columns, we display the value entered from each page, SEO metabox, Title tag / meta desc fields. If these fields are empty, the columns will be too.

However, we do not exclude to change this behavior in a future update.

Currently, the content analysis has a global score with 2 states like the WordPress Site Health tool:

    • Good (green circle)
    • Should be improved (yellow circle)

This is based on the content analysis results. A percentage-based score (or any other rating system) is meaningless. This is not how SEO works.

    Hope that makes sense!
