Event Waiver
A signed City waiver is required for minors to participate in programs. Guardians of participants under the age of 18, must review, sign and submit the waiver, bringing a completed copy to the event. Waivers are available at the Library for signing. Once submitted, the waiver is stored in our system and does not need to be completed again.
