PATHUM THANI - A four-year-old girl accidentally rode a Vespa full throttle into the glass door of a local convenience store in Lat Lum Kaeo district, injuring herself and her aunt.
Chanita Nanthaphan, 31, said she had parked the motorcycle in front of the store, after letting two other passengers off, with the engine running.
Her four-year-old niece, who was sitting in front, accidentally twisted the throttle of the vehicle causing it to crash into the store's glass entrance door.
Ms Chanita and the girl sustained cuts to their arms and legs caused by the shattered glass.
The white Vespa Sprint was found crashed inside the store’s entrance, surrounded by shattered glass and damaged goods.

Kubang Luang rescue workers administered first aid at the scene before transporting the injured to Krung Siam Saint Carlos Hospital.
Police officers from Kubang Luang station arrived to question convenience store employees and motorcycle passengers.
Poh Teck Tueng Foundation volunteers helped transport the Vespa to the police station and will contact the family to file a report and discuss compensation for damages.
