In the US, UK, Canada and Australia, Meta offers fundraising tools that nonprofits can use to send more donors to your website, raise money directly on Facebook and Instagram, or both. In other countries, Meta offers tools that nonprofits can use to raise money on your own website.
Tools for donations off Facebook and Instagram

Take advantage of a new option that allows you to use the Donate button on your Facebook Page to send people to any approved donation link. You can update your action button to Donate by going to your Page settings.
Drive more people to donate on your fundraising website by submitting a website link for review. We'll review your link, and if it's approved, any time a link is shared to Facebook or Instagram from that domain, it may include features that may help you get more donations, like the Donate button.
Tools for donations on Facebook

Create a fundraiser to raise money and awareness for your cause. Once a fundraiser is created, people can easily donate or share it with their friends to raise awareness.
The Donate button can be added to the top of your Facebook Page or post, enabling people to give to your nonprofit quickly and easily without leaving Facebook.
Add a Donate button to the bottom of your Live video. This allows your viewers to donate directly from the video as they watch live, and even after you've posted the video to your Page. People will also be able to see how much money has been raised.
Connect a Live video to an existing fundraiser you have created on your Facebook Page to help drive donations. While you are Live, the fundraiser total will appear in the video.

Tools for donations on Instagram
Available in: US, UK, Canada, Australia
Donation matching on Instagram is now available to all accounts with more than 10,000 followers. Eligible accounts can set up a fundraiser for a nonprofit and match donations up to an amount of their choice, or match donations on any existing Instagram fundraiser.
Adding the Support button to your nonprofit’s Instagram profile allows people to see their nonprofit support opportunities in one easy-to-find place. Once the Support button is clicked, people will see the option to create a fundraiser on your behalf, or make a donation.

Encourage your supporters to add the Donation sticker to their stories from the sticker tray to support your nonprofit. Stories allow supporters to create 24-hour fundraisers on Instagram or for a longer period if added to Highlights.
Live video is a powerful tool and one of the most popular ways to engage with supporters using Facebook. During a livestream, supporters can add a Donate button to their Live video to capture donations for your cause. They can choose to publish the video recording to their feed.
People can use fundraisers as a way to give to your nonprofit. They can be shared to a story, attached to posts in feed and added to Live broadcasts. Fundraisers are active for 30 days, and can be extended or ended at any time. You can find a link to the fundraiser in your profile bio.
Reels let you create and promote short, entertaining videos. By starting or sharing a fundraiser in Reels, nonprofits and supporters can rally their community as well as reach beyond it to tap into new audiences.
