General
How do I get access to a publication’s articles?
Order a subscription and create your own login credentials immediately. Once the order is complete, you can log in right away and have access to all articles, news, and the archive.
Where can I read these publications?
Each publication has its own website, and you have access to all premium articles of the publication to which you are subscribed. After logging in, you have access to all articles, news, and the archive.
I receive the newsletter, but I cannot read the articles.
It’s great that you have signed up for the newsletter! This is a free service to keep you informed about the latest news. To read the articles on the website, you need an active subscription. Order your subscription here. Additionally, it is important that the email address where you receive the newsletter is the same as the email address you use to log in.
What payment methods are available?
When you order a subscription, you do not have to pay immediately. During the ordering process, you can choose between an invoice and a direct debit. Within a few days, you will receive the invoice by email with a payment link. You can use this to transfer the amount via electronic transfer or credit card.
My newspaper/publication has not been delivered. What should I do?
Send an email to customerdesk@promedia.co.uk stating your address details.
I want to file a complaint, how do I do that?
If you are not satisfied with our service, we would like to receive your feedback. Send an email to customerdesk@promedia.co.uk, and it will be processed as soon as possible.

What is my login name?
Your login name is your personal email address. Having trouble logging in? Please contact customerdesk@promedia.co.uk.
My password is incorrect. What should I do?
Click on ‘forgot password’ and you will receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours. Did you not receive an email? Then check if the email might have ended up in your spam folder.
I am not receiving an email after clicking ‘forgot password’.

Where can I find the subscription terms and conditions?
The subscription terms are stated in Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions and Webshop.
Which publication(s) can I read with my subscription?
You get digital access to the premium articles of the publication for which you have taken out a separate subscription, such as: Automotive, Fleet & Mobility, Industrielinqs, Infrasite, Mobiliteit.nl, Mobility Energy, Nieuwsblad Transport, RijschoolPro, Schuttevaer, SpoorPro, Taxipro.
And also the Belgian publications Flows, RateOne, SeaTalk and Mobility Energy BE and the English publications Railway Gazette, Project Cargo Journal, WorldCargo News, Heavy Lift & FlightGlobal.
A subscription does not provide access to premium articles from other publications.
When does my subscription start?
If you have ordered a new subscription via the website, you can start reading immediately.
After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in using the login details you created yourself.
What is the start date of my subscription?
The subscription starts on the date of order. You can view all active subscriptions in My ProMedia ; the start date is also listed there.
What is the term of a subscription?
All subscriptions are entered into for one year from the day the subscription is ordered and are tacitly renewed every year until cancelled.
I cancelled my business subscription too late. What now?
We are sorry that you cancelled too late, but at the same time, the subscription has already been automatically renewed for a year. The subscription will then be terminated at the end of the next subscription period.
What is the notice period for a subscription for private customers?
In the first year, it is not possible to terminate the subscription, except when exercising the right of withdrawal. The cancellation must be submitted no later than one month before the start of the new subscription period via customerdesk@promedia.co.uk. After the first year, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. The termination takes effect on the first day following the start date. Example: if the subscription starts on March 15 and you cancel after the first year, the subscription will continue until April 15.
Unfortunately, cancellations by telephone cannot be processed.
What is the cancellation period for a subscription for business customers?
A minimum cancellation period of one month applies. This means that the subscription must be cancelled by email via customerdesk@promedia.co.uk no later than one month before the start of the new subscription period. Unfortunately, cancellations by telephone cannot be processed.
Does a cooling-off period apply after I have ordered a subscription?
Private customers are subject to a two-week right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel the subscription free of charge within two weeks without giving a reason. After two weeks, this is no longer possible, and a notice period of at least one month applies before the new one-year subscription period begins. Business customers are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you are no longer interested in the subscription, you can cancel by sending an email to customerdesk@promedia.co.uk. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email.
If I have removed my license in My ProMedia, is my subscription also terminated?
No, removing the license does not terminate the subscription.
The subscription can only be terminated by a ProMedia employee upon receipt of a written cancellation by email.

In My ProMedia , you can easily update your delivery address and/or billing address yourself. You can also notify us by email or telephone.
