Access and equity in behavioral health are critically important, and we're so grateful to count Metrowest Health Foundation as a partner in this work. Thanks to a grant from the Foundation, Advocates is focused on improving language access, bilingual service capacity, health equity, and data-informed care across its MetroWest-area counseling clinics. Last week, we were thrilled to host Foundation CEO Phillip Gonzalez, along with Foundation board and staff members, for a visit to our Community Behavioral Health Center in Framingham. Our team appreciated the opportunity to answer questions, discuss successes, and address real day-to-day challenges with this committed group of community partners. Here's to continued innovation and progress in delivering culturally-responsive care!

The piece offers a thoughtful look at the experiences, values, and sense of purpose that have shaped Regina’s career and leadership. It also highlights how her Simmons education helped prepare her to lead with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to community. We've had such a great time being part of Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District's 2026 Out to Lunch Festival & Farmers' Market series. It was especially meaningful to join Radio Worcester's Hank Stolz and Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce's Lisa Malo on last week's Voice of Business episode to talk about the importance of community connection and our involvement in these wonderful events. Thank you to our Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Services, Dr. Madeline Avilés-Hernández, for highlighting the power of listening, fostering meaningful connections, and meeting people where they are. These conversations are at the heart of building healthier, stronger communities. 📻 Missed this episode of Voice of Business? Check it out here: https://loom.ly/pweLF4I
