The Apparo team is honored to see Troutman eMerge LLC recognized as a finalist for the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta IMPACT Skills-Based Award and proud to have had the opportunity to nominate them for this honor. 👏 The nomination highlighted a 16-week Apparo Community Impact Project supporting Georgia Innocence Project, whose mission is to free innocent people from prison, prevent wrongful convictions, and advocate for a fairer justice system. Through the project, and generous support in their introduction to Apparo from The TULL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC., Troutman eMerge #skilledvolunteers assessed complex workflows, documented critical processes, and developed a strategic roadmap to improve efficiency, data accessibility, and long-term #sustainability. 📊 The resulting recommendations are expected to free up approximately 25% of a full-time role, significantly reduce the time spent locating critical case files, and allow staff to focus more time on investigating claims of innocence, supporting clients, and advancing justice. Congratulations to the Troutman eMerge team on this well-deserved recognition! 🎉Learn more about the work that inspired this nomination and how Apparo connects nonprofits with the resources and dedicated partners Troutman eMerge to strengthen their missions: https://lnkd.in/eRf4cur5 #communityimpact #socialimpact #corporatecitizenship #csr #nonprofitinnovation #capacitybuilding #techforgood

Every nonprofit faces unexpected challenges. What matters is having the right support to keep the mission moving forward. 💻 When Project Outpour encountered a critical technology access issue, their team remained focused on serving neighbors experiencing homelessness across Mecklenburg County. Through Apparo's Tech Therapy program, our team worked alongside them to restore access, reconnect critical systems, and help ensure services continued without long-term disruption. As Board President Suzanne Galvin shared, "Apparo was our saving grace.. [They] helped us get everything back, and now we are fully up and running again... Todd Reavis was an absolute miracle worker." We're proud to support nonprofits like Project Outpour so they can stay focused on what matters most. ➡️ Learn more about this partnership and our Tech Therapy program at: https://lnkd.in/eCvGynnj #techforgood #nonprofittechnology #communityimpact #digitalinclusion #charlottenonprofits
