    As we reflect on Q1 of this year, we are reminiscing on our first official all-company retreat. The Axuall team joined forces in Scottsdale, Arizona, for workshops, team building, and lots of fun! \ A highlight of our time together was a team-building keynote session led by David Sandler. David encouraged our teams to think outside the box and get creative.  The result? Stronger bonds across our teams and a renewed sense of what we can accomplish together. It was a powerful reminder that when we slow down, connect, and truly listen to one another, incredible things happen.
