I’m excited to share that I’ve officially joined BCL Search as a Senior Associate!   I’m incredibly grateful to step into a role that so closely aligns with what has always mattered most to me throughout my career: building, growing, and fostering meaningful relationships. I’ve always been drawn to fast-paced, client-facing environments where trust, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving are at the center of every interaction.   This transition into recruiting feels like such a natural next step — one that allows me to have a direct and lasting impact by helping guide candidates through pivotal career moments while partnering closely with clients to understand their unique needs. I’m passionate about creating a highly personalized experience focused on long-term fit and success for both candidates and clients.   A huge thank you to Becky Carlson Linstroth and the whole BCL team for such a thoughtful and welcoming process.
