At 4141 Sherbrooke West, Blinds To Go now occupies the partial ground floor, serving as the public entry to their new headquarters, bringing together the showroom, reception, design lab, coffee bar and training spaces. It is here that the first of two bold red staircases is found, connecting these external client-facing spaces to the more private workplace above.
On the second floor, this first staircase aligns directly with a second staircase located at the end of the floor, thus creating a continuous horizontal pathway along which you encounter open air workstations, private offices and meeting rooms, as well as a spacious central café-lounge. This strategic alignment of the secondary staircase responds to the partial occupancy of the third floor while maintaining strong connections between teams across the workplace.
The result is a circulation path that does more than move people through the different levels—it brings together structure and movement into two defining architectural gestures that tie the vast space together, both physically and visually.

Curieux de découvrir l’histoire derrière l’escalier qui nous a valu un prix? ✨ 🏅
Au 4141 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Blinds To Go occupe désormais une partie du rez-de-chaussée, qui constitue l’entrée publique de son nouveau siège social et regroupe le showroom, la réception, le laboratoire de design, le café et les espaces de formation. C’est ici que se trouve le premier de deux escaliers rouges emblématiques, reliant ces espaces destinés à la clientèle au milieu de travail plus privé situé à l’étage.
Au deuxième étage, ce premier escalier s’aligne directement avec un second escalier situé à l’extrémité de l’étage, créant ainsi un parcours horizontal continu le long duquel se succèdent des postes de travail ouverts, des bureaux privés et des salles de réunion, ainsi qu’un grand café-lounge central. Cet alignement stratégique du second escalier répond à l’occupation partielle du troisième étage tout en maintenant de fortes connexions entre les équipes à travers le milieu de travail.
Le résultat est un parcours de circulation qui fait bien plus que relier les différents niveaux : il réunit structure et mouvement en deux gestes architecturaux forts qui tissent un lien entre les différents espaces, tant sur le plan physique que visuel.
