We’re excited to announce Camden’s partnership with Jason Dorsey and The Center for Generational Kinetics on a first-of-its-kind national study exploring the realities of today’s multi-family housing workforce. Together, we surveyed working Americans across generations and roles to understand what truly attracts, motivates, and retains talent in MFH. The result is a comprehensive white paper filled with data-driven insights—many of which challenge long‑held industry assumptions. One finding stood out immediately: “More than two-thirds (68%) of young working Americans have a positive overall perception of working in a multi-family apartment community.” Another powerful insight: “Half (50%) said they use online employment ratings and reviews to decide whether a multi-family employer is a trusted employment brand.” These insights—and many more—give MFH leaders a clear roadmap for strengthening recruitment, elevating culture, and building workplaces where people want to stay and grow. We’re proud to share this research with the industry and help shape the future of multi-family careers.
