Recently, I had the privilege of spending time with colleagues at Swindon and Bathgate in the UK, and Aprilia in Italy. Each European site visit reinforced how our incredibly talented teams are shaping Catalent’s future growth. In Swindon, we discussed how the site can continue to expand capacity and capability to meet strong demand across several recently launched products. I remain excited about the growth ahead and our continued commitment to delivering premium service for our customers—always with Patient First as our guiding priority. At our Clinical Supply site in Bathgate, Scotland, conversations focused on Catalent’s strategic priorities for 2026, the evolving UK CDMO landscape and the growing importance of digitalization and AI. An engaging town hall highlighted the real progress our teams are making to help customers achieve critical clinical trial milestones and advance new medicines to market. My visit to our softgel manufacturing site in Aprilia, Italy, was similarly focused on growth—specifically how we can accelerate innovation to ignite our next phase of expansion. At our nearby operations in Cisterna, I also learned more about the strategic initiatives shaping the site’s future operating model and long-term growth. Across every visit, one message came through clearly: our teams are united by a shared commitment to our Patient First culture and to championing the missions that matter™.
