    This Earth Day, we’re reflecting on the responsibility and opportunity that comes with serving millions of meals. At CAVA, how we source matters. We’re intentional about partnering with suppliers doing their part to create a more thoughtful, sustainable food system. Because small choices, at scale, can make a big difference. That’s one of the reasons we’re especially proud of our new Glazed Salmon. It’s paired with a house-made pomegranate glaze inspired by the flavors of the Levant region. Bold, tangy, and just sweet enough to let the salmon shine. To bring that glaze to life, we partnered with Just Date, founded by Sylvia Charles Royston, M.D. Their approach to sweetness is rooted in simplicity: using organic dates to create naturally derived sweeteners. Even better, they help reduce food waste by upcycling dates that might otherwise go unused, transforming them into something delicious and purposeful. It’s one example of a larger commitment: working with partners who share our belief that better food starts with better choices. Today especially, we are proud of this partnership.  🌎

    Last week, we brought together NYC-based tastemakers, some of our most loyal guests, and a few local Team Members to celebrate and have a first taste before the launch of our Glazed Salmon. While the room was full of energy, the real magic was happening behind the scenes. Our culinary team members are the true unsung heroes powering everything from one‑off experiences like Flavor Oasis to the nationwide launch of Glazed Salmon today. They’re the ones that bring our ambitions to life in the most flavorful way!

This premium, feel-good protein - our first-ever seafood- is packed with flavor and nutrients (hello B12 + D), and finished the CAVA way: bold, balanced, and seriously craveable.     National Pita Day is coming up, and at CAVA we’re celebrating in a big way. This year, we’re turning it into a full-on moment, led by our most devoted (and crispiest) fan, Peter Chip. He’s kicking off a month of surprises designed to bring a little extra flavor, fun, and Mediterranean generosity to our guests.     Q4 and Full Year '25 reminded us why guests choose CAVA. They come for fresh, bold Mediterranean food and stay for the welcoming energy our teams create every day. We are grateful for every guest and every team member who brought our experience to life this year. Cheers to a flavorful 2026.

    Today we shared CAVA’s Q4 and Full Year ‘25 results, and it’s a milestone that reflects the strength of our team and the power of our brand. This year, we surpassed $1B in revenue and opened 72 net new restaurants, which demonstrates the momentum behind our growth strategy and the operational discipline we strive to deliver every day.  What makes these results meaningful is the reason behind them. Our bold Mediterranean flavors help people feel good, and our team members create experiences that make guests feel nourished, welcomed, and connected. That combination of great food and genuine hospitality continues to set CAVA apart and drives both guest loyalty and long-term value. As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, I am proud of how far we have come and am energized by the future we are building.

    One of the biggest reasons CAVA continues to grow is simple: our people are growing. Meet Corey Cheek, our newly promoted Regional Leader in the West. Visiting our restaurants is still one of my favorite parts of the job, and I recently met with Corey to see how things are going. When we started CAVA, we didn’t just want to open restaurants. We wanted to create real career paths in an industry where that hasn’t always been the norm. We believed people should be able to build something meaningful here, not just clock in and clock out. Corey is a great example of that. He joined us as an Area Leader, grew to a Sr. Area Leader, and is now a Regional Director. More important than the title, though, is how he leads. He shows up for his teams, pushes for excellence, and genuinely cares about the people around him. That kind of leadership has a ripple effect. I’m grateful for Corey and for so many team members across CAVA who continue to grow, take on more, and help shape where we’re headed. And that's what #FlavorYourFuture is all about.     We just launched a physical Bowlmates Dating Card Game 💕 When we were brainstorming what we wanted to do for Valentine’s Day for CAVA, it became very clear we wanted to lean into the small bit of dating equity we had carved out with Bowlmates, our dating show where singles go on a first date inside a CAVA. That idea of wanting to lean in, became an official card game for singles and couples everywhere, to help deepen and strengthen connection. The game is split into 4 different types of questions (correlating to the showb) and features 96 question cards. If there’s any lesson to be learned here, it’s that you should TRY. Try something new, take a risk, don’t be afraid. You might just make a dating show for your brand (that reached 900K views in season 2), and end up creating a physical piece of merch for your biggest fans!
