Recently, members of the CMJTS leadership team had a productive visit with Congressman Pete Stauber, who represents Minnesota’s 8th District. The conversation focused on sharing the wide range of services CMJTS offers to support jobseekers and businesses across our community. We also shared who we serve every day: youth exploring career paths, dislocated workers navigating transitions, career changers seeking new opportunities, first-time workers entering the workforce, and businesses of all sizes and industries looking to grow and retain talent. We highlighted how CMJTS helps individuals prepare for and connect to meaningful employment through career coaching, training opportunities, and job placement support—while also partnering with local employers through recruiting assistance, labor market insights, and customized workforce solutions.
