She is known for being a connector, a closer, and a true believer in what value-based care can do. 🔵 Kristie Koch — VP of Care Operations & Innovation. Kristie is a Six Sigma Black Belt and VBC execution expert who turns big strategy into real, measurable results. Most recently, she served as Chief Performance Officer at Matter Health, where she operationalized a high-performing value-based care program for elderly populations. Their arrival comes at a pivotal moment for the business; Chamber is expanding our provider network and driving operational excellence to deliver better outcomes for cardiovascular patients. Through this collaboration, Chamber and our growing network of cardiologists will support Humana members across GA, SC, NC, VA, DC, MD, and TX, delivering coordinated, evidence-based cardiovascular care designed to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
