  • HR’s evolution into a system architect is critical — but the shift we’re seeing goes even further. In our Q1/2 2026 Workplace Trends Report, we found that HR’s influence doesn’t just grow through redesigning work, it grows when it can clearly tie people strategy to business outcomes like cost avoidance, productivity and retention. The biggest unlock right now is measurement. When engagement, time savings and experience are translated into financial impact, HR doesn’t have to fight for a seat at the table, it’s already shaping the conversation. If you’re exploring this shift, download our recent Trends Report and dive into how HR becomes a true profit driver. Link in comments!

  • When does the workday actually end? For many hybrid employees, it doesn’t. The line between work and personal life has become blurred. Without clear boundaries, work seeps into evenings, weekends and moments meant for rest. Over time, that constant connection leads to fatigue, reduced focus and burnout. In our latest blog, we explore: • What blurred work-life balance really means in today’s workplace • Why hybrid work makes it harder to disconnect • The signs your team may be struggling with boundaries • What employers can do to protect time, energy and performance Because flexibility should not come at the cost of well-being. When organizations support real boundaries, employees show up more focused, engaged and able to do their best work. 👉 Want to learn how to help your teams reclaim balance? Read the full blog. • Ever feel like your brain has too many tabs open at once? That is cognitive overload and it is becoming one of the biggest hidden threats to productivity, focus and employee well-being. It does not show up all at once. It starts with small cracks. Slower responses, missed details, constant fatigue. Over time, it builds into disengagement, burnout and turnover. In this blog, we break down: • What cognitive overload really is and how it differs from burnout • Why today’s work environment is pushing employees past their mental limits • 10 clear warning signs leaders can spot early • Practical ways to reduce overload and protect team performance Because this is not about employees struggling to keep up. It is about systems and environments that are not designed for how people actually think and work. 👉 Want to learn how to spot the signs and take action early? Read the full blog. • Proud to support moments that make a real impact in our communities. 👏 As part of Bring Your Kids to Work Day at Sodexo USA’s NORAM HQ, Circles helped bring a meaningful community service element to life during Servathon in support of Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation. 🍪Together, our incredible kids packaged 576 cookies into 288 care bags, freshly baked in the Culinary Innovation Center. These were donated to Nourish Now, helping provide a small but meaningful treat to families in the community experiencing food insecurity. A special thank you to Penny Johnson-Knowles for her contribution to such a wonderful cause! Beyond the numbers, it was an opportunity to teach the next generation about teamwork, service and the importance of giving back. Experiences like these are what build stronger communities and more connected workplaces. 👉 Want to see how Circles is taking on social responsibility? • Nurse turnover isn't just a staffing problem, it's turned into a financial crisis. Take a look at this new data from Becker's Hospital Review Becker's Healthcare. If you're an HR leader in hospitals and healthcare, it's frightening: 💸 The average cost to replace ONE staff RN: $60,090 📉 Average hospital loses $5.19 MILLION per year to RN churn ⚠️ 1 in 3 hospitals has a vacancy rate above 10% 🔄 Telemetry and step-down units essentially turn over their ENTIRE RN staff every 4.5 years 🏥 324,090 acute care RNs exited their positions in 2025 alone ⏱️ It takes an average of 78 days to recruit a single experienced RN And yet — the root causes are often preventable. The nurse turnover crisis is a symptom of a deeper employee experience problem in healthcare. When nurses don't feel seen, supported or valued, they leave. And the cost isn't just financial — it's felt by patients and entire care teams. The path forward starts with investing in the people who power healthcare. Start caring for the people who take care of other people. 📖 Our free eBook: Employee Experience in Healthcare — packed with actionable insights to help healthcare leaders reduce turnover, boost retention, and build a culture where nurses want to stay. • The Circles North America team had a fantastic first day at the Great Place To Work #ForAllSummit

The first full day of the GPTW For All Summit comes to a close. Circles fulfilled over a 100 requests from attendees. These included making group restaurant reservations, securing event tickets, sourcing local activities, shopping, and even finding a birthday party venue! We raffled off Sphere tickets to the Wizard of Oz which were a hit! Kudos to the fabulous onsite Circles concierge team!

  • Cost pressure is real, and companies like Deloitte and Zoom are making decisions to protect their businesses. But benefit reductions — especially to things like PTO, parental leave and family support — aren’t neutral changes. They directly impact how employees experience work and how they evaluate their employer. In today’s market, it may look like employees aren’t leaving. In reality, many are just waiting and watching how organizations show up when it matters most. Instead of pulling back, this is a moment to reassess: Are your benefits being used? Are they delivering value for both employees and the business? Because the right benefits don’t just support people, they influence retention, engagement and your ability to attract talent when the market shifts again. Short-term savings can come with long-term tradeoffs. The organizations that get this balance right will be the ones that stand out. #EmployeeEngagement #EmployeeExperience https://lnkd.in/gZea2ejF

  • Some of the most important work in your organization is not in a job description. It is the quiet check-ins. The emotional support. The cultural glue that keeps teams connected and functioning. It is invisible labor and it is everywhere. The challenge is that it often goes unrecognized, unmeasured and unrewarded. Over time, that hidden load leads to burnout, disengagement and ultimately turnover. In our latest blog, we explore: • What invisible labor really looks like in the workplace • Who is most impacted and why it matters • The real business cost of leaving it unaddressed • Practical ways organizations can make it visible and redistribute it fairly Because what is hidden still has impact. And organizations that acknowledge and support this work build stronger, more sustainable cultures. 👉 Want to learn how to identify and address invisible labor on your team? Read the full blog. • What does real employee engagement look like after launch? It shows up in the everyday moments. In this video, Jessica Stanton, Vice President of Account Management at Circles U.S., shares how employees go beyond initial use of concierge services and start integrating them into their daily lives. What might begin with vacation planning quickly expands into real, meaningful support. From repairing a child’s favorite toy to finding summer camps or handling home projects, the impact becomes personal. That is where engagement truly takes hold. When employees consistently use a service because it makes their lives easier, gives them time back and helps them be more present at work and at home. Even more important, it is inclusive. Designed to support employees across roles, lifestyles and needs, meeting people where they are. Because real engagement is not about a single moment. It is about ongoing value. https://lnkd.in/grJH7bBe #EmployeeExperience #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceHospitality #FutureOfWork #WorkplaceStrategy #Leadership
