🚀 We're hiring a Talent Intelligence & Analytics Manager at Mercor! The AI talent market is moving at an incredible pace, and the only way we consistently win the best candidates is by making data-driven hiring decisions. In this role, you'll own our recruiting funnel data, build dashboards that give leadership accurate updates and forecasts, benchmark comp across roles and markets, and advise our talent function on how to take action. We're looking for 5+ years in people analytics or talent intelligence, strong SQL, and real fluency in Hex, Looker, or Tableau. This is an in-office opportunity, 5 days a week at our San Francisco HQ. Link to apply in the comments! And if someone came to mind while you were reading this, please send them my way. 🙇♂️ #hiring #talentanalytics #recruitingoperations #mercor #recruiting

It's official ﹘ we're hiring our second NYC recruiter at Deeptune 🚀 We build the training gyms where frontier AI agents learn to get stuff done: real-world tasks, RL environments, the whole stack. Fresh off a $43M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz and a Mercor acquisition, and we're moving fast. I'm looking for a Recruiter who's run full-cycle searches for the highest caliber talent, gets energized by ambiguity, and wants to build the hiring engine from the ground up, not just fill reqs. If you're the kind of recruiter who's already using LLMs to source smarter and can't stop thinking about the AGI race, you'll find a link to apply in the comments.👇 📍NYC, in-office 5 days/week, FiDi #ai #recruiting #talent #hiring #RL

Excited to share that Deeptune is joining Mercor. When we started Deeptune, we believed RL environments would become the defining bottleneck for AI. Over the past two years, we've seen this play out even faster than we expected. Mercor has built the world's leading expert network for AI, making it the obvious place to continue our mission. Together, we'll build the platform that powers the next generation of AI agents. Our entire team is joining Mercor in NYC, and we'll continue building with far greater resources towards the even bigger opportunity ahead. I'm deeply grateful to our customers, investors, and everyone who helped us get here. Most of all, thank you to the Deeptune team. None of this would have been possible without you. We're just getting started.

  • Ashley's career has been anything but linear. Chief of Staff at a YC-backed social media company, first technical hire at a B2B startup, founding team member at Deeptune, product engineering lead elsewhere, and now back again. Through it all, she's been drawn to the same thing: hard problems with people she respects. She’s Deeptune’s first boomerang, and if you ask her why, the answer is simple: "It was always about the people." Tim's leadership, the team's hunger, and the chance to have radical ownership. At Deeptune, we’re building for the frontier of AI, and the path ahead is uncharted. We know the general direction our business is headed and look to the team to move fast, experiment, and do what they believe is right for the business. Ashley describes the work as “ever changing” and means it as a strength. When a team moves fast and trusts each other's judgment, the work looks different every week. If you want to do hard things with people who make you better, Deeptune is the place.

  • Eyal Foni spent three and a half years at Cortex, helping engineering teams measure what actually matters. He joined when the team was 20 people and helped grow it to 100. That stretch taught him what it takes to build systems that hold up under real production strain. At Deeptune, he's a member of the technical staff, building expert environments across specialized domains. The work is meta in the best way: building systems that build systems. What he appreciates most is that his role goes well beyond writing code. He was in front of clients within his first few weeks, and that kind of end-to-end ownership is the norm here. His favorite part of the job: everyone here follows their instincts. If you see a problem, you fix it. If a deal needs to be closed, you help close it. No one waits for permission. If you want to build at the intersection of AI and real-world expertise, Deeptune is hiring.

  • Krish joined Deeptune straight out of school. In his early conversations with the team, we knew that he was here to grind, and he's continued to show us what ownership and drive look like. He studied finance and data science but realized he wanted to be close to AI innovation, not just read about it. At Deeptune, he found the messy, high-impact work he was looking for, and he brings an intensity honed through years of competitive cricket and soccer growing up. As a strategic projects lead, his days range from improving data generation to debugging grading mechanisms to training contractors, and he loves that no two days look the same. His advice for new grads? Surround yourself with people you want to become.
