Why Physical AI is having its "Cybersecurity Moment." 🛡️🤖 At NVIDIA GTC, one thing is clear: NVIDIA is a full-stack AI platform. I got a quick photo with Jensen Huang, and spent the rest of the time on the floor thinking about the shift toward Physical AI as I was going around and the robot booths. We are moving past chatbots in boxes to intelligence in motion. Three themes that stood out for me: 1️⃣ The "Token" is now Kinetic: Jensen described the data center as a factory for tokens. In robotics, those tokens translate into physical actions. 2️⃣ The Ecosystem is the Moat: CUDA, Omniverse, and the broader stack are not just tools; they create a powerful flywheel that pulls developers, partners, and companies into one platform. 3️⃣ Scale is the New Frontier: Seeing 100+ robots on the floor is impressive. But managing 10,000 of them in an unstructured, high-stakes environment is a different beast. The Safety Gap 🚩 As robots move from controlled demos to critical infrastructure, we are hitting a Cybersecurity Moment. Just as the internet era required cybersecurity to manage digital risk, the Physical AI era will require a Safety & Governance layer to manage real-world risk. You cannot have agentic systems operating in the physical world on probabilistic decisions without a deterministic safety net. That is where we at FORT Robotics are focused, building the foundation that allows Physical AI to Scale Safely. Because “move fast and break things” doesn’t work when the “things” are the real world. 🚀
