An unforgettable night for an extraordinary cause. Our team delivered full audio, video, and lighting production for the American Cancer Society’s 19th annual Chicago Discovery Ball, supporting an evening that welcomed 526 attendees and raised $1.86 million to fuel cancer research and patient programs. Since 2007, the Discovery Ball has raised over $44 million to support the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives, celebrate legacies, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. Production is what we do, purpose is why we do it.  Congratulations to the ACS Chicago team on another successful Discovery Ball! Meet Michael B. Casale, our new Technical Production Designer! 🌟 Mike brings over 25 years of experience in lighting design and technical execution. Most recently at Freeman, he specialized in designing complex lighting and rigging systems for large-scale conventions, trade shows, and corporate events. His path into the industry began unexpectedly—what started as an internship at the Illinois Center for Broadcasting quickly turned into a full-time lighting role. Nearly three decades later, he’s built an impressive career across the Chicago event landscape. Welcome to the team, Mike! 🥳
