I led my first Town Hall as President of Horizon Next this week- what an energizing milestone! I feel incredibly fortunate to lead a team of true entrepreneurs and business thinkers…people who are leaning into technology, data, and innovation to move better and faster than ever before. The combination of our people, our clients, and the technology we get to work with every day is truly next level. Grateful…and we are just getting started!

  • Reflecting on #POSSIBLE2026 and taking a moment to look back on a packed few days. It was a strong week for Horizon Media, with a clear presence on stage, meaningful conversations throughout, and real progress across clients, partners, and the broader industry. What stood out most was how the team showed up across it all, bringing energy, thoughtfulness, and follow-through to every moment, on stage and in between. A few highlights: • Sharing the stage with valued clients and partners for impactful sessions on the Masterclass, Vision and AI-Verse Stages • Celebrating Horizon OS Labs and the launch of Cohort 2 alongside an incredible group of partners at a packed patio at Hakkasan to start the week • Spending time with Big Brothers Big Sisters and a group of future industry talent who reminded us what this is all about The industry showed up in a big way. Smart, curious, and focused on what’s next. Grateful for the conversations, the collaboration, and the continued partnership across the board. If POSSIBLE is any indication of where things are headed, the future of this industry isn’t just evolving, it’s accelerating. And we’re just getting started. 💥

  • Closing out #POSSIBLE2026 with a packed house for an 'Advertising in the Age of AI' panel on the AI Trailblazers AI-Verse stage. Horizon President Bob Lord was joined by Spectrum's Puru Patnekar, and Zeta Global's David Steinberg for a lively conversation moderated by Shiv Singh on what the agency of the future really looks like. A standout takeaway: innovation-forward brands like Horizon client Spectrum, with a sharp media strategy led by Puru Patnekar, are helping define this next era by leaning into transparency, connected systems, and real accountability for growth. Themes that stood out: 1/ AI is accelerating a shift toward openness + transparency. Closed systems are giving way to connected ecosystems where data, partners, and platforms work together. 2/ The model is moving toward performance-based growth. Brand growth as the North Star, with investment increasingly tied to real outcomes. 3/ One source of truth unlocks better decisions. When data flows across functions, teams move from reporting to real business strategy. 4/ Integrated systems beat fragmented tools. The future isn’t more point solutions, it’s interoperable platforms that connect insight, activation, and measurement. 5/ Human intelligence remains the differentiator. AI scales execution, but growth comes from how people apply it. The throughline: open systems + AI + human expertise are redefining how growth gets built. And it’s happening NOW. #UnleashYourGrowth #HorizonOS

“Social in a silo isn’t future proof.” A closing line from SharkNinja’s Stacy Carpenter that perfectly captured the vibe of our Vision Stage conversation at #POSSIBLE2026. Moderated by Blue Hour StudiosSarah Bachman, the session brought together Stacy, Amazon AdsJay Symonds, and creator Kat Stickler for a smart, fast-moving discussion on how social-first brands are turning attention into growth. One of the most memorable moments came from Kat Stickler’s “broccoli” analogy: brands often know what they want to say, but success comes from packaging it in a way audiences actually want to engage with. A fun reminder that creativity and audience understanding still matter. Some key takeaways from the stage: - Social is no longer operating on the sidelines. It is influencing product, media, commerce and brand strategy. - Creators can add the most value when brought in early and treated like true partners. - Speed and agility matter, but only when paired with authenticity. - The strongest systems connect culture, content and conversion. Thanks to everyone who joined us for a packed session and to our speakers for sharing real perspective on what it takes to win the feed today. 👏

  • Real conversation, real momentum ➡️ More session takeaways from #POSSIBLE2026: At Unplugged en Miami during POSSIBLE, our own Evanne R. Abneri joined Anthony Vargas (AdExchanger), Gregg Molander (AARP), and Jason Ve (PAPER) to explore a shift accelerating across our industry: fans aren’t a demographic, they’re a cultural force. Key takeaways: 1/ Reaching real fans requires genuine understanding, not surface targeting 2/ Data matters more when used with intention 3/ Connection, not impressions, drives growth The throughline: making data human is the work. Grateful to Unplugged Collective for creating space for honest dialogue, and to everyone pushing this thinking forward. #POSSIBLE2026 #UnpluggedEnMiami #FanCulture #CulturalIntelligence #Advertising #BrandStrategy

  • Fresh off the stage at #POSSIBLE2026 this morning: identity fragmentation is shifting from industry headache to real growth lever. 📈 Thanks to Fabrice Beer-Gabel and the Intent IQ team for having John Koenigsberg join a sharp conversation, expertly moderated by Michael Shields. After participating in #HorizonOSLabs Cohort 1 and joining the fold of #HorizonOS partners driving growth for our stable of brands through our open + vetted partner ecosystem, our partnership with Intent IQ continues to drive impressive metrics and compounding growth for some of Horizon’s biggest clients. The conversation peeled back the curtain on that impact and downline metrics. 💡5 key takeaways from the convo: 1/ AI is only as strong as the system behind it. Connected data, media, and measurement are the real unlock. 2/ Identity is a revenue driver, unlocking untapped reach across cookieless, CTV, and ID-limited environments. 3/ Precision and scale can coexist with the right signal strategy, driving incremental reach and downstream lift. 4/ The biggest barriers might actually be internal: change management, talent, and data readiness. 5/ Simple playbook: test, validate, scale. And remember, your existing data likely holds more value than you think. #UnleashYourGrowth
