AI infrastructure is scaling rapidly across Europe. What operational challenges are operators facing as they move from traditional data centers to high-density AI facilities? As AI workloads continue to grow, so do the operational demands placed on data center teams. We asked John Shultz, Chief Product Officer AI and Chief Learning Officer at Salute, how operations are evolving as Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling becomes more widely adopted. For years, operators focused on managing airflow, temperature and humidity. Today's AI environments require a different approach, introducing new responsibilities such as coolant chemistry management, contamination control, leak detection and cooling loop performance. These aren't incremental changes. They require new skills, new procedures and new operational standards to ensure reliability and protect critical infrastructure. Watch the full interview to hear John's insights into how operators can prepare for the next generation of AI data centers: https://lnkd.in/eYfa_-Da #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #DataCenters #LiquidCooling

Before joining Salute, Christinia knew almost nothing about the data center industry. She was contacted through the MSEP portal, which connects military spouses with employers and employment opportunities. She started reading, found an industry that is growing fast with many different career paths, and recognized something important: a company where her professional background and her connection to the military community could come together. That is not a coincidence. Since 2013, Salute has built its workforce model around the military community, creating real career pathways for veterans, military spouses, and military family members across more than 15 countries. Christinia's story is one of thousands! As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Salute, she now helps others find that same door. Her advice is direct: stop underselling yourself. Every PCS, every time you have rebuilt your network, every period when your spouse was away and you had to manage everything at home has taught you something. Adaptability, resilience, independence, problem solving. Those are strengths. The data center industry is growing. The roles are real. And the right opportunity has a way of finding you.
