  • Industrious Reserve at Lever House is now open. Across two floors of one of Park Avenue’s most iconic buildings, Reserve brings the Industrious approach to hospitality into a more private, considered setting. Private offices. Thoughtful shared spaces. A quieter way to move through the workday, with the details handled around you. Come experience Industrious Reserve at Lever House: https://lnkd.in/gFid3QZY

  • Before 250+ locations, there was one floor in River North. And apparently a lot of exposed ductwork. On August 28, 2013, Industrious opened its first location in Chicago. The floors were still being finished, plans were spread across tables, and the coffee setup was a little more DIY. A lot has changed since. But the idea hasn’t: make the workplace easier, more welcoming, and better for the people spending their days there. Thirteen years later, we’re still building around it.

  • The little things are part of the job. 💗 A great note from Ana Sofia Alcega Poleo and the Breadcrumb team, and a well-deserved shoutout to Adrianne and Payton for noticing what makes someone’s day.

I've always been a detail-oriented person, and I love it when others pay attention to the small details too. Today, I received a bag with LesserEvil popcorn and Almond butter. My favorites. But not by coincidence, Payton and Adrianne noticed those are my go-to snacks and thought of me. This made my day. Our Breadcrumb US office runs out of an Industrious space, and Adrianne Mahlman and Payton Juarez on the Member Experience team have been amazing. Just wanted to give them a shoutout 🩷 We shouldn't take people being nice for granted. Holding a door, saving someone's favorite snack, or bringing a coworker coffee can feel small, but it isn't. I get this from my dad. He's kind to literally everyone, strangers included, and not the empty "hi, how are you" kind. The real kind, where he actually asks a follow-up and waits for the answer. That's the energy I bring to work too. Building community and being seen as more than just "the coworker" goes a long way.

  • Meet The Dugout, a baseball-inspired workspace at Industrious Fenway, created with local Boston creatives Dainty Scripts. Built for brainstorms, team meetings, offsites, or simply a change of scenery, The Dugout brings a little Fenway character into the workday without sacrificing the things you actually need to get work done. Reserve The Dugout by the hour or for the full day: https://lnkd.in/eAEyX4Qs

  • Better workdays are coming to Columbus Circle. This fall, we’re opening on the 21st floor of One Columbus Circle with Private Suites for established and growing teams looking for a New York workplace of their own. Think sweeping views, a central Manhattan address, and a workplace that feels established from day one. Schedule a call to learn more: https://lnkd.in/enAHgGkq

  • What does it take to keep one of New York City’s most iconic parks moving? For Washington Square Park Conservancy, it means staying close to the park, close to the community, and focused on the work that matters most. From public programming and volunteer projects to fundraising and a brand-new membership program, the Conservancy team covers a lot of ground. Their Industrious workspace, just minutes from Washington Square Park, gives them a home base for the work behind it all, without adding an office to the list of things they have to manage. In our latest Built Here, we’re sharing how the Washington Square Park Conservancy powers its mission from Industrious. Read the story: https://lnkd.in/eXew43Ni

  • Better workdays are built in the details. A great cup of coffee. A familiar ritual. A reason to step away from your desk and connect with someone you might not have otherwise. Loved partnering with Nespresso Professional to share a closer look at how hospitality helps make the workplace worth showing up for.

What makes the office worth the commute? For Industrious, one of the world's leading flexible workspace providers, the answer starts with creating experiences that feel human. In our latest case study, we explore how Industrious is redefining "workplace hospitality" through thoughtful design, premium amenities, and meaningful moments of connection. And coffee plays an important role, not simply as a beverage, but as a catalyst for collaboration, community, and consistency across nearly 250 locations worldwide. As Casey Plastek, Director of Operations for North America at Industrious, puts it: "Work should feel human. Our spaces should feel really human." Some of our favorite takeaways from our chat with Casey: ☕ Workplace amenities have shifted from "nice-to-have" to expected 🤝 Shared rituals create opportunities for connection and culture 📈 Employee experience can be measured in similar ways to hospitality looking at member satisfaction ✨ Choosing suppliers that align on brand, experiences and partnership help deliver consistent, elevated experiences at scale Read the full story and discover how hospitality-led workplace experiences can help organizations create places employees choose to be. #FutureOfWork #ReturnToWork #EmployeeExperience #WorkplaceHospitality #FlexibleWorkspace #WorkplaceCulture #CoffeeAtWork Nestlé Nespresso SA
