October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗 At Interparfums, Inc., we proudly stand with the millions impacted by breast cancer. On October 14th, our teams across all locations came together for Wear Pink Day, donning pink to show solidarity and raise awareness. It was a powerful reminder of our unity and shared purpose. We are proud to stand together as #OneIP #OneTeam #OneDream. In our New York office, we took part in the Encouragement Card Writing Activity organized by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. These heartfelt messages will be included in HOPE kits sent to breast cancer patients across the country. We also supported the cause by purchasing pink ribbon cookies, with all proceeds donated to Susan G. Komen. As signatories of the Working with Cancer Initiative , we reaffirm our deep commitment to cultivating a workplace rooted in empathy, openness, and support for recovery. Last week, our Interparfums, Inc. NYC office was buzzing with laughter, imagination, and the spirit of discovery as we welcomed both new and returning little visitors for Bring Your Kid to Work Day! ✨ 🎈 It was heartwarming to see the children’s excitement as they got a glimpse into their family members’ careers, bonded with their parents and other families throughout the fun-filled day. These moments remind us of the joy and connection that come from sharing our workplace with the next generation. Our day was packed with activities, including a special 3D printing session, Perfume brand creation followed by show-and-tell, and Fun creative stations. We wrapped up the festivities with goodie bags, certificates, and mini cupcake treats! Thanks to our young guests for bringing curiosity, creativity and fun. A few days ago, one of our top talents, Miranda H., completed her Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management MPS Master’s program at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. This is an extraordinary achievement, and we could not be prouder of her! Over the past two years, in addition to working full-time as a Sr Global Communications Manager, Miranda has truly exemplified the role of Interparfums, Inc. Ambassador, proudly representing our company as she collaborated with fellow industry professionals to conduct original, disruptive research and develop innovative solutions to critical industry challenges. Last week, Miranda and her classmates presented their final Capstone presentations themed Beauty’s Next Frontier: Unlocking the Future of Beauty. The research explored three transformative topics shaping the future of the industry: - Generation Alpha: The first true “beauty natives,” wielding $28 billion in spending power and ever-growing influence, these shoppers are now entering the beauty category as early as age six! - Artificial Intelligence: AI is revolutionizing everything—from personalization to innovation cycles. The presentations explored where the risks lie—and where the greatest creative potential exists. - Medicalization of Beauty: Tracing the industry’s evolution from “clean” to “clinical” to “medical,” highlighting the shift towards science-driven solutions. The work of the FIT Class of 2025 has already sparked significant buzz in the beauty press, earning well-deserved recognition—including a feature in WWD.
