Had an incredible time visiting Aurora Public Schools' Vista Peak 9-12 Preparatory and connecting with their ConstrucTech class alongside Jim Prager! These students are getting hands-on exposure to real-world construction careers—and the energy in the room was electric. Watching young people engage with the industry and envision their futures in construction is exactly why this work matters. It's official! Congratulations to Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC on the grand opening of their new vehicle processing center at Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT). We are proud to have helped deliver a project shaped by teamwork and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. This new facility spans over 380,000 square feet and now has the capacity to process nearly 4,000 vehicles per week.

We continue to evolve and push our sustainability efforts forward, and our Northwest group is a prime example of that. Led by Stacey Flint and Seth Baker, our team in Portland developed a program to help JE Dunn employees earn their LEED Green Associate certification. Building on that momentum, James Peak joined the team and launched a Sustainability Continuing Education group that meets every other month. To date, 20 team members are LEED GA certified, with another 21 on track to receive their certification later this year.
