2025 was a big year at #Jerry. Our revenue growth accelerated to 68% YoY growth while remaining profitable for the second consecutive year. AI has been a major driver. As one of the first companies to process 10 billion tokens on OpenAI, Jerry is using AI at scale to accelerate growth, efficiency and customer outcomes. Today, we answer 90%+ of our customer calls in under one minute and helped customers save nearly $300 million on insurance premiums! Behind these results is an all-star team. In 2025, we welcomed 71 new Jerrians (and 12 baby Jerrians!), celebrated 30 promotions, and came together for 10 offsites! Cheers to a strong year, the people who made it possible, and what’s ahead. Kicking off the new year with a milestone we’re genuinely proud of 🎉 Last July, OpenAI recognized us as part of the small group of early companies to surpass 10 billion tokens processed on the OpenAI API between January and July 2025 🏆. At a time when many organizations were still evaluating whether or how to meaningfully integrate AI into their businesses, this milestone reflected how deeply AI was already embedded in our day to day operations. OpenAI marked the moment with a literal token of appreciation 🪙. This milestone was about impact. Those tokens represent real customer interactions, real problems solved, and real outcomes delivered across our business 📈. Reaching this scale allowed us to automate and enhance the customer experience through real time, AI powered conversations. This helped customers get answers and resolutions faster ⚡. Internally, we built tools that dynamically pull from multiple repositories to diagnose complex issues and provide support teams with contextual, actionable insights instead of static search results 🧠. Since crossing that milestone, we have grown well beyond it. This progress has been driven by strong partnerships, disciplined innovation, and a team committed to building AI that delivers real world impact 🚀.
