Kinda chic to be a part of Team Blue 🏗️💙

This service center renovation included a replacement with a new, modern facility designed to support expanded interior vehicle storage, wash bays, fleet maintenance operations, tool and inventory storage, and dedicated office space for staff. Developed for the owner’s specific distribution operations, the new service center includes a warehouse and mechanical mezzanine situated on a 19-acre site. The completed campus also features two additional 65,000-square-foot service buildings, a 34,000-square-foot fleet building, and a 40,000-square-foot storage building. Together, these facilities provide essential infrastructure to support employees, engineers, and operations personnel as they work to serve the communities they serve. For National Wellness Month, we’re celebrating the places that bring people together and help our communities thrive. From schools and healthcare facilities to gathering spaces, the environments we build make lasting differences for those who will enjoy them for years to come.   We’re proud to Care with Action and create spaces where people can connect, grow, and feel at home in their communities 🏗️

Team Blue spent the day giving back to our community by providing school supplies as students head back to campus during Back-to-School Pack Day in partnership with V3 Sports, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and City of Minneapolis 📚 Our work goes deeper than creating the school spaces, we support our communities beyond the projects as they continue to grow and learn!

For more than 100 years, the Lafayette Club has been a landmark on Lake Minnetonka, and Team Blue is proud to have completed work that will keep it shining brighter for centuries to come. The renovation focused on enhancing and preserving the character of this building, while enhancing the experience for members, guests, and employees. We are so thankful for the trust and support our team was given throughout the process, and most of all continuing to grow our relationship with the Lafayette Club. Teamwork, Community, Partnerships - these are the things that Knutson strives to develop and grow throughout each of our projects, regardless of sector or scale. The U of M Office for Supplier Diversity recognized Team Blue for just that on three of our recently completed projects on campus:  ⭐️ Microbial Cell Production Facility ⭐️ Offsite Collections Facility ⭐️ Shepherd Laboratories Renovations (3rd - 5th floors)   A sincere thank you to our project partners for helping make these a success.
