I completed 3 years of service in my 2nd tour of duty with Luster National on April 20th! I am working at SFMTA as a consultant senior scheduler on their CBTC Train Control Upgrade Program (TCUP). Luster is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs across transportation and rail transit. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contractor schedules, overseeing schedule management efforts, and supporting schedule development activities, including what-if scenario analysis and ongoing schedule maintenance. Grateful for a great time connecting, networking, building friendships, expanding knowledge, and—most importantly—sharing insights with owners and industry leaders. What stood out most was being part of an industry truly focused on implementing real solutions and helping resolve challenges by leveraging the latest technology and deep expertise. It was a privilege to serve on two panels and engage in meaningful deep dives with industry peers. These conversations reinforced how critical collaboration is as owners navigate increasingly complex capital and mega programs. I’m honored to have shared the stage with Sid Shah , Chris Donohue , Karolina Tyra , Emilia Sánchez, PE, PMP , Junaid Mahoon , and Robert Luster —a group of leaders who bring both perspective and practical experience to the table. This is a conference I always look forward to—consistently one of the most impactful for our industry.
