Grateful for a great time connecting, networking, building friendships, expanding knowledge, and—most importantly—sharing insights with owners and industry leaders. What stood out most was being part of an industry truly focused on implementing real solutions and helping resolve challenges by leveraging the latest technology and deep expertise.
It was a privilege to serve on two panels and engage in meaningful deep dives with industry peers. These conversations reinforced how critical collaboration is as owners navigate increasingly complex capital and mega programs.
I’m honored to have shared the stage with Sid Shah , Chris Donohue , Karolina Tyra , Emilia Sánchez, PE, PMP , Junaid Mahoon , and Robert Luster —a group of leaders who bring both perspective and practical experience to the table.
This is a conference I always look forward to—consistently one of the most impactful for our industry.
Equally valuable was working side by side with industry providers such as Oracle Construction and Engineering , Kahua , Procore Technologies , and Nodes & Links , while continuing to expand partnerships with firms like Hill International, Inc. and OnIndus . Strong owner outcomes depend on tight alignment between delivery teams, technology providers, and advisory partners.
Key panel highlights I was part of included:
* How owners can better leverage integrated digital ecosystems to improve predictability and transparency
* The growing talent gap in program delivery—and how owners can bridge it
* Practical lessons learned from delivering complex, large‑scale programs
* Moving from data collection to actionable insights that drive decisions
There is a significant and growing need across the industry, and owners need the right talent, tools, and partners to support successful delivery of mega programs.
Looking forward to 2027 Western Winter Workshop ™
