    What happens when products are no longer able to be sold? Through a partnership with Good360, a nonprofit organization focused on product philanthropy, Macy’s donates eligible surplus and non‑saleable items for redistribution through nonprofit organizations. Good360 works with a network of nonprofit partners to support the effort to allocate goods to communities in need. This partnership supports Macy’s waste diversion efforts by enabling the donation of usable products that might otherwise be discarded, while also contributing to community support initiatives. ✨

    Last week in Chicago, against the backdrop of our BOLDLY FORWARD leadership meeting, we celebrated the people who make Macy's extraordinary. 🌟 At our annual Best of the Best awards, eleven teams from across the company were recognized for achievements that moved our business and our culture forward in 2025. Highlights include: · the Herald Square Beauty Renovation, which set a new standard for luxury beauty in one of the world's most iconic stores ✨; · the Summer of Summits, which brought 1,700+ leaders together for a development experience unlike anything we've done before 🙌; · and our Store of the Year, Somerset — a team that showed what genuine hospitality looks like when everyone commits to it. 🏆 The week was made richer by perspectives from futurist Dr. Antonia Ward of Stylus and retail analyst Neil Saunders of GlobalData, whose views on where retail is headed only reinforced what we already know: Macy's is built for this moment.
