In her expanded role, Dana will lead Maesa’s Blue Sky organization and oversee product development across the full portfolio - reporting directly into the CEO, Piyush Jain. Dana has been a cornerstone of Maesa for more than 14 years and has played a defining role in shaping many of the company’s most loved and fastest‑growing brands. From fragrance and personal care to skincare and haircare, her work has helped deliver culturally relevant, creatively distinct brands that connect deeply with consumers and retail partners alike.
