Last week, I had the privilege of joining my colleagues in Kansas to discuss the future of mobility in the recognition economy. I was deeply honored to have been recognized for creating operational value for our clients—a truly humbling experience. This achievement also belongs to my incredible team Dustin Schilling, Dean Ortiz, Nate Cizmanski, Andrew Ngo, Dyani Gambrell whose daily dedication drives our mission to deliver remarkable experiences for our customers. It was an amazing few days in Kansas City with leaders and operators across the Metropolis Technologies community! Coming together in person to reflect and celebrate our wins (everything from member growth to honoring our Remarkable Metropolites of the Year) is incredibly validating and inspiring — and I always deeply appreciate dedicated time to strengthen the connections between our teams and people (whether on a group run or at a baseball game). Most importantly, we are looking forward and contemplating the future of mobility, how to take our business further, and the importance of being AI-first in everything we do. Irrefutable: impossible to deny or disprove; beyond all doubt. That’s the word that anchored our Metropolis Technologies annual meeting this week. To me, irrefutable is about creating value people choose, experiences people remember, and results that speak for themselves. That’s the standard we aim to bring to our members, customers, and partners every day. Really great to spend time with 200+ Metropolis leaders this week, meeting many for the first time & aligning on what it really means to be #irrefutable. And I’d be remiss not to mention my teammate Ann Blessman, who took home the Metropolite of the Year award. Very on-brand for the impact she brings to the team every day 🙏 The bar is high… And that’s exactly the point!

Irrefutable. That’s the word that defined the Metropolis Technologies annual meeting this week. To us, it’s not just a definition—it’s a standard. It’s about building experiences people can’t forget and delivering results that leave no room for doubt about the value they bring. It's what the whole team at AeroParker is focused on delivering. It has been an incredible and energizing week connecting with over 200 Metropolis Technologies leaders in person. Whether it was meeting new faces or catching up with old ones, we are all 100% aligned on what it takes to deliver #irrefutable value for our clients. The future is exciting.

Coming back from 'Irrefutable 2026' in Kansas City, I'm energized to the maxx. The last two days was such a great chance to float around, meet all the regional leaders, functional leaders and partners of Metropolis Technologies. For the first time ever, we invited some of our advisors and partners to join us at the meeting to hear about all the exciting things the business is working on and accomplishing. Loved hearing Derek Feinman take the stage to cover the partnership we've forged. Let's just say, there's never been a "parking" company that's doing THIS. We're truly the industry standard and have huge goals to change the face of mobility. While we're the largest parking operator in America, we have a long way to go to continue to grow our footprint and create the recognition economy that travels with you. Back in Nashville and have had 24 hours to reflect on Metropolis Technologies Irrefutable 2026 in Kansas City. My Biggest Takeaway: From line level to the executive suite, the alignment is real. Not performative. Not forced. Real. We're more mature, hyper-focused, and locked in on making big bets on the right opportunities in 2026 and beyond. I can't wait to be a part of what comes next. Our Legal Team: To that end, our team is building something rare. A legal function that operates like a business unit. Well-led. Strategically staffed. Our mission is to accelerate deals, reduce friction, and drive real value to the organization, not just protect it. We're leaning hard into Legal Tech and AI. Rethinking how legal infrastructure gets built. Doing it with urgency. Is it perfect today? No. But we're on the path. As Phil Jones told us, "Better will be Best if you give it enough time." Personally: One of the best parts of this week was seeing so many Metropolites I've had the privilege of working alongside thrive and advance. The people I was in the trenches with in 2023 and 2024, grinding through the hard seasons, are now leading. Growing. Setting the tone... and running 5Ks at 7AM.
