From colorful touches to heartfelt smiles, each basket was filled with kindness, connection, and a reminder that even the smallest gestures can brighten someone’s day.

There’s no age limit on joy—or learning something new. 🎶 Our music therapist at Moments Hospice Hiawatha shared a special moment with a patient, singing and playing the ukulele side by side. During practice, the patient said it best: “You are never too old to learn.” Moments like these remind us that growth, connection, and creativity don’t stop—they simply take new forms.
