This Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m reflecting on the progress we’ve made at Morgan Stanley – and the work that continues – to support the wellbeing of our global workforce.   I’m proud to share that we’re expanding our mental health benefit to deliver enhanced services to all 80,000 colleagues worldwide in 2026. To date, this program has helped thousands of U.S. employees and their family members to navigate changes, access quality care and build resilience.   We also offer convenient onsite care in our principal locations, reaching nearly half of our employees. Plans are underway to bring services to more offices this year.   These efforts are part of our broader mission to deliver best-in-class benefits (recognized for the fourth year by Business Group on Health) – and build a culture where mental health is prioritized, openly discussed and meaningfully supported.
