But in day-to-day operations, the reality is often fragmented. National authorities interpret requirements differently, and even within the same OEM network, processes such as Certificates of Conformity (CoC) issuance can vary widely market to market. That inconsistency creates real business impact: delayed registrations, frustrated customers, avoidable cost, and limited visibility for central teams. And as electrification and evolving emissions requirements accelerate change, homologation is no longer just a back-office function. It is a lever for speed, confidence, and control.
