Today, we celebrated the official opening of NNPH’s new, state-of-the-art Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic in Reno with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new, state-of-the-art facility replaces the previous clinic built in 1959 and provides a modern, safe, and welcoming environment for TB evaluation, treatment, and prevention services. We were joined by District Board of Health Chair Devon Reese, along with community partners and stakeholders, to celebrate this important milestone. NNPH’s Tuberculosis Prevention & Control Program plays a critical role in identifying, treating, and preventing TB in our community. In 2025, NNPH treated 11 active TB cases, managed 85 latent TB cases, and investigated more than 950 positive TB lab reports. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who attended and to those whose support made this project possible. This new clinic reflects our continued commitment to protecting and improving the health of our community. Read the full press release here: https://bit.ly/4mOZjZw
