#NEWS intended for US audiences only. We are proud to announce with Henlius that the European Commission has approved the first biosimilar in Europe for patients with certain types of breast cancer. This marks an important milestone in expanding access to potentially more affordable treatment options for patients with #BreastCancer, a disease that disproportionately impacts women. This approval follows the FDA approval in the US, further expanding the potential reach of this treatment and advancing #WomensHealth and Organon’s mission of providing access to quality medicines. Prioritizing health can happen in phases. A KFF Women’s Health Survey published in 2021 found that while more than 93% of women had seen a health care provider in the past two years, only 73% had a general check-up or well-woman visit. A well-woman visit is an opportunity to check in, ask questions, and better understand your overall health. Many definitions reduce women’s health needs to only reproductive health, but a well-woman visit goes beyond this. It’s a whole-health appointment aimed at managing your physical and mental health, discussing lifestyle choices, and more. At Organon, we’re committed to supporting women through every phase of their health journey—helping ensure they have the information, confidence, and resources they need to have meaningful conversations with their doctors and get the answers and treatments they deserve. #WomensHealth #WellWomanVisit #HereforHerHealth

During National Infertility Awareness Week, we’re uniting together around the theme #MoreThan — because infertility doesn’t have one face, one story, or one path. It can affect anyone, regardless of race, religion, sexuality, or economic status. The #FertilityJourney is often filled with highs, lows, and countless “what ifs” – and no one should have to navigate it alone. At Organon, we’re proud of our long‑standing relationship with RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association and to be part of a powerful movement dedicated to reducing stigma, expanding reproductive health education, and empowering those impacted by infertility. #NIAW is a moment to speak up, listen closely and advance conversations. Together, we’re helping remove the barriers to family building — and supporting the journey, at every stage, across all income levels 🧡 #WearOrange2026 #InfertilityAwarenessWeek #HereForHerHealth #NIAW #FamilyBuilding

#AutoimmuneDisease affects women disproportionately with more than 100 autoimmune conditions impacting women much more than men. For young and middle‑aged women, these diseases collectively are among the leading causes of death in the U.S. – yet they remain largely overlooked. 70% of people who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis are women, and they face a heightened risk of flare after childbirth, highlighting the need for more tailored care during life’s most vulnerable phases. Advancing biosimilar adoption requires collaboration across policy, market access, R&D, public health bodies, and regulators. At Organon, we’re working together to ensure patients and prescribers understand the vital role biosimilars can play for those living with autoimmune disease. Not all symptoms are loud. Some are quiet—and often overlooked. In our new series, Quiet Symptoms, we’re shining a light on the experiences people living with chronic conditions may feel but don’t always talk about. Migraine is the leading cause of disability among women aged 15-49, and it’s more than a bad headache. Symptoms like allodynia can show up more quietly—yet have a powerful impact. As a migraine attack builds, the nervous system can become extra sensitive, turning everyday touch into pain. Brushing your hair, taking out an earring, even wearing glasses may suddenly hurt. Often misunderstood or dismissed, allodynia can go unrecognized—but it’s an important signal that a migraine may be progressing and that care may need to be revisited. Increasing awareness of these quieter symptoms can support more comprehensive patient assessments, improve patient–provider dialogue, and help guide timely, appropriate care. Encouraging patients to track symptom patterns and discuss changes openly may also support preventive treatment options and helping them get ahead of chronic migraine. #QuietSymptoms #OrganonMigraine #HereforHerHealth

On March 8, we joined millions in recognizing #InternationalWomensDay — a moment to honor the strength and resilience of women everywhere, including those who shape Organon. This year, the day arrived as many continue to navigate the heaviness of the world and uncertain realities. As part of our commitment to our founders, we continue to provide dedicated time for them to pause, reflect, and care for themselves. See how our teams recognized this important day. #OrganonAroundtheWorld #HereforHerHealth Organon Korea held their annual ‘Walk for Her Health’ initiative that inspires daily wellness habits and raises awareness of women’s health. Approximately 10,000 participants (founders and external) have donated their steps, which were converted into meaningful support for underserved women’s health communities. Organon Japan once again participated in the White Ribbon Charity Run, an event organized by JOICFP, a Japan-based international NGO dedicated to women’s health and SRHR. This year, more than 30 Founders from our Tokyo office participated, standing in solidarity with women and girls. The 2026 event spans a record 62 locations across Japan, bringing together approximately 6,000 charity runners nationwide. Organon Latam joined the global #GiveToGain campaign by amplifying women’s voices and reinforcing our commitment to equity in women’s health. Our founders across the region united under the concept, “Tus sueños salen a la cancha a ganar,” and engaged through participative storytelling and content centered on wellbeing, self‑care, and collective impact. Across Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia, we highlighted the structural gaps that delay timely diagnosis and care for women, positioning Organon as an advocate for informed, equitable health decisions. Organon Russia held a mix of in person and virtual workshops. One focused on interactive storytelling and visual metaphors to spark reflection and problem-solving, while the other blended goal setting and writing exercises to encourage growth and wellbeing. Organon Northwest Europe participated in a panel hosted by RAISE focused on the persistent gaps in women’s health: from fundamental research to the role of pharma in the broader ecosystem and, most importantly, how we can foster deeper collaboration at every level to help close it. Organon META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa) spotlighted women from across the region, sharing their personal and professional journeys, the many roles they navigate, and the impact while remaining committed to advancing women’s health.
