Day two of our Great Big Origin Get Together, and we're looking back at just how far we've come! A year ago we stepped out of stealth with a big belief: that despite being one of the most powerful strategic levers available to organisations, benefits teams still had limited visibility, limited governance and limited insight on their programmes. Today we're celebrating what that belief and our team has built: 💻 99 features and releases shipped ⬆️ $50M+ funding to power our mission 🌍 118 countries covered 👥 691,000+ employees' benefits on the platform 🎁 9,000+ unique benefits managed 💰 $3.5M+ in savings identified for clients 🤝 2 global client summits 🎉 4 Great Big Origin Get Togethers (although the first two were a little bit smaller!) We're building something that has never existed before. And we're building it fast, with the people who need it most. We've grown our team, deepened our ecosystem and partner network, and strengthened our community - and had fun doing it! Benefits teams finally have the visibility, intelligence and governance to lead. But none of this happens without the trust and belief of our clients, and the passion of our Origin team - true pioneers, reimagining what Enterprise Benefits Intelligence looks like at scale. Thank you to everyone on this journey with us. Here's to year two, and beyond. We're just getting started! ✨ #OriginBirthday #HRTech #EmployeeBenefits #EnterpriseBenefitsIntelligence #GlobalBenefits

Day 1 of our third Great Big Origin Get Together is underway! 🎉 We kicked off with a year in review from Chris Bruce and Peter Craghill, reflecting on everything since we launched 12 months ago…! From there, the team shared updates before we were joined by clients Rob Gerdes and Rob Hamer for a panel discussion about their Origin journey, and where they see the future heading. Hearing directly from the people we work with is always the highlight. We think of ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams, so moments like these really matter. Tomorrow, more deep dives into how we bring visibility, intelligence and governance to our clients, community and the market. Happy one year out of stealth to us! ✨

To everyone who came and found us at Booth 553, joined us for dinner, or stopped for a chat - it was lovely to see you! It will be hard to leave Amsterdam in the sunshine, but we leave inspired, and looking forward to what comes next... #HRTechEurope #EmployeeBenefits #OriginBenefits #HRTech

Origin reposted this
A year ago today, Origin came out of stealth. I can't quite believe it. I've been in this industry for 30 years, and for all of them I've heard the same thing from benefits leaders. They're accountable for the second-biggest people cost in most organisations. And it's the only one still managed on spreadsheets. They didn't have the tools or the data to do their job. We believed that we could work with them to change that. A year in, things are actually starting to change. But the thing that's got me most is the reaction. The belief from clients, from partners, from the whole community, that we can finally fix the structural issues in the industry. That together we can make benefits work. Thank you to everyone who's backed us and built this with us. It's been a hell of a year. But we have only just got started. And a huge thank you to the 75 incredible people who have joined Origin to make this possible.

Global benefits have been managed the same way for decades. Fragmented data, manual processes, no single view of what's being spent or why. We built Origin to change that. For anyone who missed the news last week, we raised $30 million in our Series A+ to continue building the first Enterprise Benefits Intelligence platform. Here's the full story 👉 https://lnkd.in/euuEC7bV

Yesterday we announced our $30 million Series A+. Today we bring you the story behind it. Origin co-founders Chris Bruce and Peter Craghill on the problem we're solving, the platform we're building, and what comes next.

We've raised again! Today, we’re pleased to announce our $30 million Series A+. Chris Bruce and Peter Craghill talk through what this means for us and the Origin community with Jeremy Kahn in Fortune. This brings Origin’s total funding to over $50 million in under twelve months and raises at a higher valuation than our Series A! Thank you to Notion Capital, Felix Capital, Acadian Ventures and all existing investors for your continued support. HSBC Innovation Banking UK also joins as our growth capital partner. In April last year, we launched with a simple, driving belief: that global benefits, one of the largest areas of workforce spend, deserved to be elevated. Not because people hadn't tried. They had. For fifteen years, the industry kept running into the same wall. Data was scattered across dozens of countries and hundreds of vendors, buried in PDFs and local documents. Without a way to bring it together, you couldn't see it. And what you can't see, you can't manage. That changed with AI, and with Origin. With decades of industry knowledge, we built a system of record, insight and action for global benefits from the ground up, powered by our Artificial Benefits Intelligence Cuido, specifically designed to understand the complexity of multinational programmes. What we're most proud of is how we built it: shaped from day one with some of the world's most complex organisations, including Pfizer, Comcast and bp. They told us what good looked like. And that client-first mentality is how we started and how we continue to operate today. Thanks to our amazing community for their continued support - lots more to do together! After closing, most M&A integration teams find the same thing. Benefits data scattered across local spreadsheets, policy PDFs, and email archives‚ often in different languages, with inconsistent terminology, and no unified view of cost or coverage across both organisations. Before any harmonization decisions can be made, someone has to reconcile it all. That takes time and resource that integration programmes rarely have to spare. We've written a practical blog on the role of benefit intelligence in M&A, covering: - What benefits data friction during integration costs in practice - What like-for-like comparison across both organisations actually requires - The difference between general-purpose AI and AI built specifically for benefits in a multi-country context - What structured intelligence enables for employee communication during transition Read the full blog here: https://lnkd.in/eBKJUqzk

Nashville, you were something else. 🎸✨ This week we brought together some of the most passionate HR, benefits and reward leaders we know for the Origin Client Summit 2026. Three days of big ideas, honest conversations, and a lot of fun in Music City. From rooftop meals and deep-dive sessions on Enterprise Benefits Intelligence, to value stories straight from our community, a roadmap built with clients at its heart, and evenings full of live music and great company. But the real highlight? The people. The questions you asked, the stories you shared, the challenges you brought to the table. That's what makes Origin what it is. We're not just a platform; we're a community. And this week reminded us exactly why that matters. Thank you to every single client who joined us this week, and we missed those not able to make it! This summit exists because of you and for you. We can't wait to keep building together. 🙌 Extra special thank yous to our brilliant speakers Frank Rodriguez, David Turgoose, Kim Doyle, Amy Manning, Laura GRASSART, Willa Chow, Iain Jones and Thomas Otter. #OriginClientSummit #Nashville2026 #OriginBenefits #EnterpriseBenefitsIntelligence #HRTransformation #ClientFirst #Community
